Product Overview
Welded Flange Plates
AP-series welded flange plates that carry a combined bearing as a replaceable unit for masts, columns and steel-section guide systems.
Flange Plates for Replaceable Combined Bearings
A welded flange plate carries the combined bearing as a separate unit, so the plate can be welded to the structure and the bearing replaced without reworking the weld. This keeps critical welding away from the rollers and hardened running surfaces and makes replacement repeatable.
Why Use a Plate Instead of Welding the Bearing
- Welding heat stays away from the bearing and its seals
- Bearing datum and orientation are set by the plate, not by site work
- Replacement is a bearing change rather than a structural repair
- Hole pattern and plate thickness are agreed once and repeated
Also known as: other names for welded flange plates
Buyers, maintenance teams and machine builders use different names and spellings for the same product family. These terms are identification and search clues, not an interchange approval.
- Flange plates
- Welded flange plate
- Welded mounting plate
- Bearing mounting plate
- AP plate assembly
- Welded bearing plate
- Plate-mounted combined bearing
- Weld-on bearing plate
Suffixes, seals, lubrication, tolerances and mounting executions can change fit. Send the complete marking and a controlled drawing for confirmation.
Reference Groups
Welded Flange Plates series and model references
Use these groups to identify the requested design. A reference is not an interchange approval; dimensions, suffixes and operating conditions must still be checked.

Verification
Drawings, inspection records and application evidence
Evidence is matched to the quoted product and order scope from our Changzhou manufacturing process. Batch documents are confirmed against the agreed drawing before shipment.
Technical drawings
Reference sheets support identification. Controlled manufacturing drawings require model and factory confirmation.
Inspection records
Request dimensional, marking, packing or factory-document checks with the RFQ. Availability is confirmed before order placement.
Factory and equipment media
Only dated factory media or inspection records captured for the quoted product batch are used as evidence.
Customer applications
Cases are published only with permission or in anonymized form using verified order and application facts.

Ordering a Plate Assembly
AP plate assemblies can be supplied with the bearing already mounted and verified, or as plates for an existing bearing. Send the plate drawing, the bearing model or complete marking, the required axial roller direction, quantity and destination.
Plate welding and orientation are covered in the combined bearing welding guide. For clearance setting after assembly, see clamp flanges and axial supports, or review the welded plate combined bearing guide.
