Adjustable clearance
Use PR4 eccentric or MR.96 screw-adjustable families when installation requires controlled axial setting. Confirm the adjustment range and locking method.
Series selection hub
Special combined bearings solve applications that cannot be approved from a standard outside diameter alone. Compare the existing mounting arrangement first: eccentric adjustment sets clearance through the stud, screw-adjustable supports move the axial roller externally, shim-adjustable supports use calibrated washers, and HT executions require temperature-specific lubrication and sealing.
Use PR4 eccentric or MR.96 screw-adjustable families when installation requires controlled axial setting. Confirm the adjustment range and locking method.
Use the 4.054HT–4.063HT family only after the actual bearing temperature, grease, seals and relubrication plan are defined.
MR.142 and MR.146–MR.154 use a separate hardened axial support. Verify its geometry and washer stack against the application drawing.

Eccentric PR4 models, MR.96 screw-adjustable models and 4.078 / 4.0784 shim-adjustable models use different adjustment methods. Select the series from the existing mounting geometry and controlled drawing.
Confirm the base model, actual bearing temperature, grease, seals and relubrication interval. The HT suffix alone does not define the complete temperature capability.
Use the high-load family when the application has a separate hardened axial support and higher side-load demand. Confirm the support geometry, shims and radial and axial load case.
