Adjustable clamp flange and axial support hardware for a combined bearing guide

Product Overview

Clamp Flanges

Clamp flanges, axial support units and adjustment washers that set and lock the axial clearance of a combined bearing guide system.

Selection Adjustment method, range and access confirmed with the bearing
Lead time Model, adjustment design and quantity dependent
Input required Model, dimensions or controlled drawing

Setting Axial Clearance in a Combined Bearing Guide

In a combined-bearing system the radial roller carries the main load, so axial position is set separately by a clamp flange, axial support unit or adjustment washer stack. The adjustment hardware decides how accurately clearance can be set after the structure is welded or bolted.

Adjustment Designs

  • Eccentric pin adjustment on the 4.454–4.463 series
  • Screw adjustment to UNI 5929 / DIN 916 on the MR.961–MR.968 series
  • Adapter and shim washers of 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0 mm on the MR.1xx high-load range
  • Externally adjustable MR4180–MR4188 units for large steel-section guides
  • Welded clamp plates that carry the bearing as a replaceable assembly

Also known as: other names for clamp flanges

Buyers, maintenance teams and machine builders use different names and spellings for the same product family. These terms are identification and search clues, not an interchange approval.

Verification

Drawings, inspection records and application evidence

Evidence is matched to the quoted product and order scope from our Changzhou manufacturing process. Batch documents are confirmed against the agreed drawing before shipment.

Technical drawings

Reference sheets support identification. Controlled manufacturing drawings require model and factory confirmation.

Inspection records

Request dimensional, marking, packing or factory-document checks with the RFQ. Availability is confirmed before order placement.

Factory and equipment media

Only dated factory media or inspection records captured for the quoted product batch are used as evidence.

Customer applications

Cases are published only with permission or in anonymized form using verified order and application facts.

Adjustment, Locking and Replacement

Clamp hardware compensates for assembly clearance; it does not correct a distorted or mismatched guide profile. Set the adjustment at the tightest position in the travel, lock it to the approved torque and then verify clearance across the full stroke. Follow the eccentric bearing adjustment guide for the setup sequence.

Choosing Between Screw, Shim and Eccentric

Screw adjustment is convenient where a tool can reach the axial support. Shim and adapter washers give a defined step change but need the assembly opened. Eccentric designs allow fine adjustment on a single bearing. Where replacement access matters, review welded flange plates and the adjustable combined bearing range.

Clamp Flanges and Industrial Bearing Supply FAQ

Common Buyer Questions

Which industrial bearing types can you supply?

We support combined bearings (sometimes called combination bearings), track roller bearings, full-complement cylindrical roller bearings, back-up rollers, cross roller bearings, special guide rollers and Standard NbV profiles.

Can you cross-reference Winkel, INA, SKF or other bearing numbers?

Send the complete designation, dimensions and application. We can review equivalent series and replacement references, but the proposed item must be confirmed against mounting and operating data.

What information is required for a bearing quotation?

Provide the model, d × D × B dimensions, quantity, application, radial and axial loads, speed, temperature, lubrication, sealing requirement and delivery country. A drawing or marking photo is helpful.

Do you manufacture non-standard bearings and rollers?

Drawing-based dimensions, profiles, shaft ends, seals, grease, clearances and mounting features can be reviewed. Minimum quantity, tooling and lead time depend on the design.

Which track roller series are commonly requested?

Common searches include NUTR, NNTR, PWTR, NUKR, KR, KRV, NATR, NATV, CF and LFR series, including yoke type rollers and stud type cam followers.

Which full-complement cylindrical roller bearing series are available?

Frequently requested series include SL01, SL02, SL04, SL05, SL06, SL18, SL19, RSL, NCF, NJG, NNCL and NNCF.
