Application background
Crane, reach-stacker and AS/RS equipment run guide rollers directly on hardened tracks under heavy radial load, side thrust, shock and outdoor contamination. Selection depends on mounting type, outer-ring section, seal and relubrication access.
Full-complement yoke rollers (NUTR) and larger stud followers (NUKR) cover the higher radial-duty positions; caged yoke rollers (NATR) suit cleaner, higher-speed runs.
RFQ checklist for guide rollers
Provide the full model and suffix, measured d / D / B, track hardness, speed, shock level and whether relubrication is required. For stud types, include thread size, hex and nut supply.
Where the envelope is non-standard, send the track profile and a controlled drawing. Final interchangeability depends on the drawing and operating duty agreed for the order.
